These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers our visitors the ability to connect with us and to be an active donor as well as purchase tickets to our sponsored events. By accessing or using the website and our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The prices we charge for using our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services/products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, purchases of our services/products are considered a charitable donation.

The service fees associated with the purchase of our items or services are retained by the payment processor (Wix Payments) and not Comfort Tea. This service fee is a fee charged for transactions processed through Wix Payments. Similar to any other payment provider.
